Hotel bom, porém, mesmo reservando um quarto de casal de luxo, e tendo direito a agua no frigobar, perdi esse direito, só porque eu fiz a reserva pela TRIVAGO. Sinceramente achei injusto.

Insatisfação

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, visto que reservamos um quarto casal luxo, e se aquilo for luxo, imagino como deve ser um mais simples. Cama pequena para um casal, sem falar que o quarto é minúsculo, sem armário e/ou algum cabide para colocar as roupas. O ar condicionado não estava gelando e por fim, começou a molhar tudo no quarto. Infelizmente tivemos que sair no dia 09 a tarde, visto não tínhamos dormido direito antes. Não costumamos reclamar das hospedagens, pois viajamos muito, mas essa, sinceramente, deixou a desejar.

Custo benefício

Hotel simples porém confortável. Excelente custo benefício, ideal para acomodação temporária em viagens mais longas. Sempre que saio de BH para o Sul da Bahia fico no hotel com minha família. Café dá manhã bem servido e acomodações de vários tipos, desde o mais simples a quartos mais sofisticados.

Hotel atende apenas pra 01 pernoite, geralmente para viajantes em passagem pela cidade. Tem boa tarifa, mas é muito fraco. Café simples e básico atende de forma minimamente satisfatória. Se for ficar mais dias na cidade sugiro procurar outro hotel.
