Relaxing and fun for kids.

This property meets and exceeded my Gold Member VIP access experience. The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The poolside food and drinks service was excellent aswell. If you leave anything in the room they reach out and contact you. Really great place to stay after a long day visiting the Pyramids.

Quinto Sol Hotel is the bomb. Magarita is the best caretaker of the rooms and the hospitality received at the hotel is warming. You are literally walking distance from the pyramids and can actually see the pyramid of the Sun from the parking lot. The cocina (kitchen) is excellent even for vegetarians or vegans. And San Juan community and zocalo is right down the street too.

Nice hotel to visit pyramids.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds and very clean. Some rooms have very large balconies where you can sit and listen to birds. It wasn't warm enough for the pool but looks nice. Two cautions, there is no elevator, but it's only one floor up. Also, check google street view to locate the driveway entrance before you go. That was a big help and made it easy to know where the turn was. It's very close easy drive to the pyramids at Teotihuacan. We found good restaurants nearby and had one nice meal at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

El desayuno bufet es caro comparado con otros hoteles. Poca variedad de ensaladas y no hay pan integral, en resumen comparar con en bufet del Hotel Palmas. Inclusive cuando el bufet se sirvio en el loby del hotel Quinto Sol (aqui) estba sabroso inclusuve feñicite a su Chef.

El hotel con cuartos renovados, restaurante muy rico. Problema con la plataforma de Hotels.com porque se supone que era noche premio y al llegar no me lo respetaron y me lo cobraron, estoy intentando de que me lo reembolsen. Ha sido un problema. Pero el hotel en si muy recomendable

Staff did great , very nice and accommodating. I loved the pool and felt safe. I didn’t try the restaurant but it’s a nice option. The beds were not comfortable and they do not have an elevator, be aware of that. Overall it was a good experience.
