en general fue una buena experiencia, considero deberian poner algo en la regadera, ya que no hay donde colgar la toalla y menos donde poner la ropa, es muy complicado estar entrando y saliendo de la regadera a buscar cosas.

Tuve dificultades el día que llegué, pues mi reservación no la tenían anotada y eso q llamé la misma semana para confirmar. Me atendió uncseñor que es el que se encarga del mantenimiento y pues es una oersona con nulo criterio y sin intención de ayudar a resolver el problema, hasta que le enseñé mi reservación se puso en contacto con la persona de recepción. Todo lo demas es bastante aceptale, lugar limpio y seguro.

Cuando me presenté al hotel me dijeron que no llego ningúna reservación, les mostré y ni siquiera se dignaron en revisar los folios, y terminaron rentandome unas más caras y no las que reserve.

Reserve dos habitaciones mediante la app y cuando llegue solo había una habitación reservada. La habitación apestaba a cigarro. Solicito factura y no me la han podido proporcionar a pesar de enviar mis documentos de facturación. Pésimo servicio de la administración.

Como area de oportunidad, en las habitaciones se requieren alguna cajonera, para guardar ropa y también alguna cortina para el area de la ducha, ya que se sale el agua hasta el baño. Asi también considero que deberian de poner algún seguro o pasador por dentro, para evitar que te abran la puerta.

El hotel cumple con el objetivo de descansar y en general las instalaciones son buenas. Hay puntos que no me gustaron: 1.- El internet es extremadamente malo... aunque hay varias redes disponibles ninguna funciona o se desconectan dispositivos. Imposible trabajar. 2.- Tiene servicio de Roku en la televisiones, pero nuevamente el internet es tan malo que al final no tienes servicio de televisión. 3..- Las habitaciones son muy calientes, tal vez un ventilador no haria mal.
