"Pedi limpieza de cuarto a las 3 pm me dijeron que sin problema salimos a un festival y regresamos con la sorpresa que lo limpiaron no me quedo de otra mas que solicitar que retiraran la basura y toallas limpias a las 3 am . Pedi hielo a recepcion a la 1 pm y me lo llevaron 4 horas despues de que marque de nuevo Mal atencion al cliente "

"This place was a nightmare. In the worse part of town in Mexico City plus no running hot water no toilet seat complained about the shower spraying water all over the entire bathroom they didn’t care. Plus you had to turn your key into them when you left so your belongings are not safe. The linen where dirty floor was gross. If it happen been for the fact u arrived so late and had no alternative at that moment would not have stayed there. This place is rented by the hour plus none of the pictures they show of the hotel rooms are there the courtyard was nice and had a security system. I am appalled it even was an approved place for hotels .com"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, it is a very interesting place, and an easy walk to Terminal 1. The rooms are a bit rustic, bachelor chic, but safe and sanitary. The food in the restaurant on site is amazing! It feels like an authentic experience."
