"It went above my expectations! The room view to the mountains, AC, bath robes and hairdryer, for an holistic spiritual center, do not expect TV or cable but internet runs fast. The welcome team i super warm and kind, they gave us fresh water upon arrival staff is super helpful and friendly. Took my luggage all the way to the room. The only low note I can tell you, is the linen and towels look and feel that they have survived many wash cycles… I highly recommend you this beautiful place."

"The location is amazing, each room has a view of the volcano. However, this means the one window receives direct sunlight most of the day, and with just one small part of the window actually able to be opened, it gets very hot in the room. We also could not leave this window open at night due to the bonfire lit right outside. And there is no fan. So we had a miserable night’s sleep. Again, the location made it worth it, but I’m glad we only stayed one night. "

Antonio and his son were very welcoming and it definitely felt as if they were opening up their home to us. Antonio was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and eat. "The place is beautiful. Service can improve a lot in speed and quality. The people working at the hotel are very nice, but they are clearly short on staff and that has an impact in the speed it takes to get served on food and drinks. Contemplating that this a hotel that has no nearby restaurants, and they expect to purchase everything from them, this is an area they need to improve a lot to make it worth it to return. "
