ME gustó mucho que estuviera tan.bien adornado aun de dia de muerto, me encanta. Me gustó que hubiera un Aurrwra cerca y el Museo del Virreinato muy accesible también. El personal super amable.

La verdad está súper descuidada hasta se ve abandonada y de mal gusto dice que tiene tienda y restaurante y no es cierto están cerrados los dos y los cuartos super descuidados

Mi peor momento del dia, sin agua.

Mira la verdad hablemos de el agua, yo fui a una boda y regeese en la madrugada como a las 2:30 am y el de la puerta estaba molesto ya que lo despertamos y muy desagradable nos abrio. Por otro lado no habia agua a esa hora y llego a las 10:30am, todos los huespedes enojados por agua caliente y yo traia niños los cuales no se pudieron bañar por el agua que nunca salio caliente, muy malo en ese aspecto. Sin agua y no hay caliente. Que desagradable experoencia.

No tenian agua en los baños, ni en regadera ni en lavamanos,uve que salir a buscar a alguien del hotel para que pusieran la bomba de agua y prender el voiler y tuve que hacerlo varias veces.

Estancia decepcionante .

En primer lugar me el lugar no es como se muestra en la página. Me dieron una habitación que no fue la que pague yo pagué 900 y la cama no era king size , no tenía espejo de cuerpo completo , la pantalla era muy pequeña , el baño no tiene cancel , no hay suficiente luz en la ducha , me dieron una habitación que no valía el costo que pagué . Hice una queja sobre esto y no me supieron responder o solucionar . Las personas que hacen limpieza desde muy temprano hacen ruido y hablan de lado a lado del pasillo y no es posible descansar . La Verdad mi estancia fue decepcionante . Mejor me hubiera quedado en un motel .

Mala experirncia

Regular a mala porque la habitación tenía muchas corrientes de aire ya que no tenían sellos sus puertas además se estuvo reportando varias veces que no salía agua caliente para bañarse

Meson del RIO relación calidad/precio muy adecuado

El hotel esta bien para el precio que tiene, pero la puerta de entrada esta muy separada del piso, por lo que entran los mosquitos en la noche, también en la mañana hubo detalles con el agua caliente. El personal es muy amable y la limpieza de la recamara esta bien. El cuarto que me tocó fue el 31 y hay cuartos arriba se escuchaban bastante los pasos cuando caminaban los huespedes de los cuartos de arriba.

Desagradable la forma de ofrecer por parte de su plataforma las estancias ofrecen tarifas infladas además con descuento del 40% de descuento. Por lo que pague $930 cuando el costo real de la habitación en el hotel es de $600.
