Beautiful, out-of-the-way place near Tepoztlán

this small hotel -- a set of cabañas or cottages, really -- is lovely for a very quiet rest. There's a temazcal (a type of sweat lodge or sauna), lots of space for walking, and a great view. The only drawback is that it is a bit hard to find. I was glad we had a good cell phone with GPS capacity. No breakfast, no coffee.

Muy difícil para llegar, no hay señalamientos y nadie lo conoce. Nos perdimos como 40 minutos, fuera de esto, fue agradable el descanso, un lugar apartado del bullicio.

Fue buena estancia con mi pareja por el estacionamiento la seguridad y el confort que hay en la cabaña. Solo les pediria que el letrero del hotel fuera mas visible. por todo lo demas es increible! =) Gracias por sus atenciones!

Lo mas asqueroso que hemos visto!

El lugar le falta mantenimiento, limpieza y que cuente con lo básico como AGUA. No tuvimos agua los dos das que estuvimos hospedados!. El estacionamiento es pasto y con la lluvia se convirtió en lodo. Los carros se atascaron y tuvimos que pedir apoyo para sacar la camioneta. Le hablamos al dueño y actuaba como si estuviésemos mintiendo pero los trabajadores (una parejitas muy joven) nos comento que siempre es lo mismo con el. Que ni a esos les tiene lo básico para trabajar y poder atender a los clientes.

No es un hotel

Las "cabañas" están lejos del centro. El acceso es una cuesta empinada de terracería. Está junto a una granja con cerdos y chivos o borregos, por lo que siempre hay peste y ruido de los animales. Los calentadores no sirven y en mi caso tampoco servía la regadera, por lo que simplemente le quitaron el cabezal a la regadera para que me pudiera bañar con un chorro de agua fría. Los techos son muy delgados, parece que uno estuviera a la intemperie, calor en la tarde, frío en la noche. Las cortinas del cuarto super delgadas, deberían de poner persianas para que no se despierte uno con el primer rayo del sol, pusieron unas telas negras para que yo pudiera dormir mejor. El jardinero, cuidador, todólogo, cada vez que yo me quejaba me peleaba y cuando me comunicaba por teléfono con su jefe, el jefe le aventaba la pelota al cuidador y no me resolvían nada.

Cabañas solitarias,

El hotel oferto cama matrimonial y sofa , sin embargo no era sofá solo era un sillón. el camino para llegar esta muy feo y solo y oscuro, mucho borrachito en los alrededores. El lugar esta agradable con bonita vista al despertar. No hay tiendas cerca ni restaurantes, ni servicios , ni nada.
