Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hice reservación y no me la respetaron. Argumentaron que ya estaba ocupada. Me ofrecieron otro lugar que estaba más lejos, y por si fuera poco me cobraron más caro que si lo hubiera hecho directo. Totalmente pésimo. Nunca elijan esta opción. Además pagué un seguro de viajero, que tampoco sirvió de nada. Es una forma de robar disfrazada de hospedaje.

El hospedaje en "La casita" ha sido una experiencia única, el personal que te recibe muy atento en todo, la habitación muy limpia, el baño en excelentes condiciones, la cocina ni se diga, la ubicación que tiene es privilegiada, recomiendo al 100% wste alojamiento si piensas viajar a tepoztlan.
