El agua de la alberca estaba sucia, por lo que no la usamos. La habitacion estaba limpia pero el baño no, había insectos y muchas hormigas; para tener agua caliente hay que pedirla en recepción y la regadera no tiene presión, sale solo un chorro de agua. La atención del personal fue buena, pero las instalaciones no me parece que reflejen el precio del hospedaje.

No cuentan con agua caliente en la habitacion, alberca sucia, perros en el patio y no levantas su popos.

El hotel está caro y muy descuidado. El baño tiene hongos, el lavabo estaba roto de una llave. El cancel de la regadera estaba roto, y las puertas no corrían. El estacionamiento acumula mucha agua y lodo y los carros se patinan, además de que tiene una entrada no apta para carros grandes para pasar al fondo. Las recámaras y el baño son amplios, la gente es en verdad muy amable, pero estaba muy muy sucio y descuidado, y por el precio no vale la pena.
