Me desagrado que me pidieran vía WhatsApp un depósito para garantizar la reserva y no son "free cancellation"como se promocionan en la app. La habitación que me asignaron compartía techo con el baño de la habitación contigua y al no llegar la barda hasta el techo compartimos olores y ruidos con los huéspedes de al lado.
