Definitivamente, o hotel não merece a nota que possui no site da Hoteis.com. A estrutura é antiga e mal conservada. Detalhes importantes comprometem a experiência, como a hidromassagem remendada e a piscina com azulejos quebrados. O quarto era apenas mediano e já causou decepção logo na chegada, ao perceber que a hidromassagem estava amarelada pelo tempo e com o fundo remendado. O ponto mais grave foi a política excessivamente rígida da administração. As camareiras não trocaram a roupa de cama nem o pano de chão do banheiro. Havia um vazamento no box que alagava o banheiro. No primeiro dia de limpeza, ao retornar ao quarto, percebi que o mesmo pano sujo havia sido reutilizado e deixado no local. Até itens básicos seguem essa rigidez: apenas quartos com hidromassagem podem solicitar roupão, mediante assinatura de comanda. O mesmo ocorre com copos e talheres. O atendimento foi apenas regular. As funcionárias do dia foram educadas, como esperado. Já o funcionário do turno da noite não demonstrou sequer a cordialidade mínima exigida na hotelaria. Café da manhã aparentemente é melhor nos fins de semana. No meio da semana havia menos itens do que nos fins de semana. Não pretendo retornar e infelizmente não recomendo.

Hotel bom, atendimento bom, porém a tv tive que chamar um funcionário para sintonizar por que não ligava, o chuveiro também não funcionai direito levou mais de dez minutos para aquecer, a porta da sacada tinha uma fresta que entrava friagem e acabei acordando constipado por isso. Café da manhã básico faltou frutas entre outras coisas pequenas.

Hotel impecável, recepção muito educada, no dia que fomos tinha cortesia de spa dos pés na area da piscina, divino! Quarto amplo, cama e roupa de cama confortáveis, duch forte que esquenta bem.
