Gorgeous place, the landscape and property were beautiful and well maintained. Room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the staff didnā€™t speak English and we were often neglected by the waitress in the restaurant.

En el Spa los yakuzy no le funcionaban los chorros, se vio material viejo y deteridado. Pero lo mas terrible es que el dia de ayer Jueves 23/7 quisieron proyectar una pelicula en la picina cubierta donde habian llevado proyector y sonido y los cables de 220v estaban por todo el piso mojado. Unos jovenes sin experiencia trataban de conectarlos con la pileta llena de gente y ninos. Yo ante el peligro de semejante negligencia me retire de la pileta. Saludos

Os pontos negativos que percebi foram: a internet bastante ruim no quarto e o hotel estĆ” com as suas instalaƧƵes um pouco decadentes. Mas no geral foi uma estadia muito boa, tanto que ficamos mais um dia alĆ©m do planejado inicialmente.

La verdad que el hotel muy bueno, pero la atenciĆ³n del personal excelente. Lo Ćŗnico a mejorar es que en el circuito del spa era dificil encontrar a alguien y los elementos estaban con poco mantemiento. El resto Excelente!

Hotel Ć³timo.

JĆ” estivemos vĆ”rias vezes neste hotel, a Ćŗltima faz 2 anos. Gostamos de tudo, atendimento, limpeza, comida ( Jantar e almoƧo e cafĆ© da manhĆ£) excelentes. PorĆ©m os snacks deixaram um pouco a desejar, o pao seco, poucas opƧƵes. O quarto muito confortĆ”vel, limpo, cama boa. A academia achei um pouco decaĆ­da, de 4 esteiras, 2 meio estragadas e sujas. Mas no geral muito bom, recomendo.

Uma proposta de hospedagem muito bem estruturada . Tanto nos quartos , quanto nas Ć”reas comuns tudo muito limpo , vĆ”rios banheiros ao longo dos corredores e com Ć”gua saborizada , Ć”gua quente para chĆ”s ou mate , Ć  disposiĆ§Ć£o . Diversas salas para exposiĆ§Ć£o de arte, degustaĆ§Ć£o de vinhos , chocolates e atividades variadas para crianƧas . Os pratos quentes para almoƧo e jantar merecem uma variedade maior . Ɠtimo lugar, recomendo.

Uma estadia Ć³tima, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade por nĆ£o falar em espanhol e nĆ£o ter alguĆ©m capaz de falar portuguĆŖs, mas conseguimos nos comunicar bem. Agradecemos imensamente a todos pela recepĆ§Ć£o calorosa e todo conforto. Em especial ao time de recreaĆ§Ć£o, principalmente ao Brayan, pelo incrĆ­vel atendimento e alegrias que proporcionaram com as atividades. Sempre divertidos, animados e receptivos mesmo quando nĆ£o entendiam nada que falassemos.

TE ESTAS VINIENDO ABAJO ARAPEY THERMAL.

En principio quisieron culpar a Booking que tenian valores equivocados y nos quisieron cobrar el 2ble. La cena es hasta las 23 pero 22,40 no tenes mas cubiertos ni vasos y te dicen "lo que pasa es que a las 23 pasa el colectivo". NO SE PUEDE CREER. MAS DE 400 DOLARES Y TE DICEN QUE TIENEN QUE TOMAR EL COLECTIVO. El empleado de la cocina se llamaba Rafael y me dijo "no es mi problema que usted no tenga cubiertos, yo a las 23 tengo que estar en el colectivo".
