"Loved this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, excellent buffet at breakfast. Fun drinks by the pool, great massage at Spa. Adorable bar/lounge built into a rock. Great music one night. Only problem was that I didn't stay long enough!"

"It was ok. I though of using some time of my holiday to get experience other parts of Napoli area, but this area and hotel have very little to offer. Have attentive personnel and quite tasteful exterior, however the hotel does not have any areas were one can really disconnect and enjoy. The “spa” is not really worth a 80 euros an hour for a sauna. "Outstanding service from all the staff - from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the dutiful restaurant staff. The rooftop restaurant (Lampara) served delicious food and the wait staff were excellent. Our room, overlooking the sea and the Castelo, was spacious."

"We loved our stay and wish we could go back immediately. Beautiful property made of multiple buildings on a hill side. The room was comfortable with good AC and plenty of closet space. The included breakfast was excellent and had a lovely view (I especially appreciated the cappuccino the staff would bring out). Staff was very friendly and nice. We noticed a few ants near our doorway our first morning and the staff immediately took care of it. As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a path that takes you from the hotel into the port, which was very convenient. It is a bit of a climb so we made sure to stock up on water and snacks whenever we went down to explore/for dinner. Two pools, which we used quite a bit, both with gorgeous views. The ocean deck was unfortunately not open when we visited end of May, but there’s a small nearby beach along the path that takes you into town (about a 5-10 min walk) There’s also a bus stop at the top of the property (you can buy tickets from the front desk or at shops around the island), which made it easy to get around. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby while we explored after check out, which was great. Highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely time staying here at the end of our trip to Italy! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at while abroad! Ischia is beautiful and this property has access to a private beach as well. It’s also very close to port which is walkable from the hotel. The pools are amazing as well!"
