"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room.
Needless to say, neither was present.
I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week.
Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). "Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten spät in der Nacht einchecken (Nachtflug). Es gab wohl Missverständnis bei der Buchung. Ich habe für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht und es war aber nur ein Zimmer vorgewärmt. Das zweite war sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht war für uns ok. "
