"Location was very good, when I got to my room there was hair and rest of nuts on the floor. The changed me to a better room The room looked very nice big space as well as big toilet too. However the hallways and access to the rooms look very poorly, the carpet in the floors look dirty and not well maintained. The coffee machine didn’t work for the days I was there. The lady at check in was very helpful to change me to another room. During the day they were couple of guys ( a tall guy and a young girl ) who were very ok not very interested or attentive at all, unless you would say hi or good morning/ evening they would not say a thing."

"I thought the hotel was lovely and the room was beautiful and very spacious. However, when we came in, there were no luggage racks in the room. We had no place to put our two bags. So we called down and waited three hours for luggage racks asking two or three times if they would be up soon. And we thought this was really Not great service."
