San Felice Circeo, Casa Lucia

  • Apartment in a villa 100 meters from the sea, with a garden for exclusive use, situated in a very quiet area in a residence closed with an automatic gate where children can play freely and ride a bike. The house has a very well-kept garden, simple furnishings but with attention to detail, equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue for cooking meat and fish. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is outdoor, with a very large shower. You can use the free or equipped beach (for a fee). A few kilometers away are the marvelous dunes of Sabaudia with the lake and the naturalistic oasis inserted in the Circeo National Park. From the port of San Felice Circeo in less than an hour you can reach the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The maritime cities of Sperlonga (blue flag) and Terracina where the Tempio di Giove Anxur is located are worth a visit. A few kilometers away is the Abbey of Fossanova, the naturalistic oasis of Ninfa and the medieval city of Sermoneta. You can easily reach the islands of Ponza and Ventotene with daily departures from the port of Terracina and San Felice Circeo (Ponza).

Perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man hat sehr viel Platz, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Ein wunderbarer Strand quasi vor der Haustür. Ungewöhnlich günstig gibt es dort bei Bedarf auch Schirme und Liegen zur Miete. Die Gastgeberin hat sich auch bestens um uns gekümmert. Wir würden sehr gerne mal wiederkommen!

3 Schlafzimmer-Apartment, stilvoll und geräumig

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Consorzio Nuova Santa Monica! 3 Minuten zum Meer, Sandstrand, das ist herrlich! Die geräumige Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, das man ausziehen kann. Ansonsten gibt es 2 Bäder, eine Küche, und ein Wohnzimmer. Zwei große überdachte Terrassen sind wunderbar zum Frühstücken, und Abendessen. Das Internet funktionierte nur 2 Tage von 14. Eine Nachbarin konnte es leider nicht wieder einrichten, daraufhin gab es keine Antwort mehr von der Vermieterin.Am letzten Abend brachte sie einen Hotspot mit 4 GB. Die Wohnung liegt in einem privaten Stadtteil, in den man mit dem Auto nur mit einem Chip hinein kommt. Im Gegensatz zu dem Städtchen Terracina und San Felice, die sehr romantisch, und schön sind, ist dieser Platz sehr ruhig, und bestimmt sicher, aber nicht so hübsch.

Casa deliziosa, accogliente e confortevole,fresca e ventilata, vicinissima alla spiaggia. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Al suo interno si trovano tutte le comodità per un un piacevole soggiorno. Ottimamente vivibile anche all'esterno, perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici. La casa è esattamente come viene presentata in foto senza nessuna sorpresa. Con grande soddisfazione l'abbiamo trovata inoltre pulita, profumata e accogliente. Non posso che ringraziare la Sig.ra Lucia per averci messo a disposizione la sua casa dotata di tutti i confort e a due passi dal mare. Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was man braucht, liebevoll und sauber präsentiert. Genug Platz (wir waren 5 Personen), sodass auch jeder einen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen findet. Es ist nicht nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen und Essen, sondern auch um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sehr und haben vor Ort Marina, die nicht nur großartig und hilfsbereit, sondern auch immer und zu jeder Tageszeit schnell und freundlich zur Stelle war. Gruppo vacanze Circeo

Siamo tre coppie di amici e abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella casa della signora Lucia una persona attenta e disponibile. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, curata e funzionale specialmente negli gli spazi esterni. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario dalle posate alle pentole il tutto in ottimo stato. La posizione è comodissima sia per godere il mare (dista 100 metri dalla spiaggia) sia per visitare i dintorni dal Circeo a Gaeta...isole comprese. La consigliamo e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Quando sono approdata sul sito HomeAway ho indicato 3 parole chiavi, giardino, vicinanza con il mare, accoglienza per anziani. La casa di Lucia mi ha colpito subito, avevo bisogno di una casa che accogliesse mia mamma ultra ottantenne con poca voglia di vivere. La dovevo portare al mare e farle ritornare il sorriso. La casa di Lucia mi ha colpito subito. Le aspettative che avevo vedendo le foto sono state assolutamente soddisfatte. La casa è proprio come la vedete in foto, accogliente pulita, curata in ogni particolare. Il mare è vicinissimo così come i negozi di prima necessità.... sono riuscita a portare mia madre al mare mattina e sera e questo per me è stato fondamentale. Siamo appena tornate da una vacanza passata in questa splendida casa, dotata di tutti i confort e davvero vicinissima al mare. La cosa più bella però è il grande patio. Arredato da un magnifico tavoli, salottino, poltrone e dondoli, dove abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del nostro tempo trascorso in casa. Un grazie speciale alla Sig. Superiore alle aspettative!

La prima cosa che balza alla vista una volta arrivati, è che la casa non presenta sorprese, se non positive. E' infatti uno di quei rari casi in cui la realtà supera le aspettative, per quanto ottimistiche esse siano. Il luogo è incantevole, tenuto con estrema cura, caldo ed accogliente come solo una casa di famiglia può essere. La struttura (ma la definirei più "casa") e dotata di tutti i confort possibili ed immaginabili, un bel prato, delle amache, un tavolo splendido, barbecue, tutti gli utensili e gli attrezzi da cucina di cui potete aver bisogno, in pratica occorre portarsi solo i vestiti per godere di un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La spiaggia è a due passi, raggiungibile a piedi senza fatica, si possono portare sedie e ombrelloni tranquillamente, od affittarli direttamente sul mare. La signora Lucia è un ospite unico, fonte inesauribile di consigli e suggerimenti per rendere il soggiorno perfetto, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi vostra richiesta o necessità. La casa è una parte di lei e questo si evince dalla estrema cura con cui è arredata e rifinita, il tutto a vantaggio e a disposizione di chi vi risiederà. Unica raccomandazione: se decidete di soggiornare in questa magnifica residenza, cercate di lasciare tutto in ordine e funzionante come lo avete trovato, perché noi ci torneremo di sicuro :)
