San Felice Circeo, Casa Samanta

Apartment in a villa 100 meters from the sea, with a garden for exclusive use, situated in a very quiet area in a residence closed with an automatic gate where children can play freely and ride a bike. The house has a very well-kept garden, simple furnishings but with attention to detail, equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue for cooking meat and fish. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is outdoor, with a very large shower. You can use the free or equipped beach (for a fee). A few kilometers away are the marvelous dunes of Sabaudia with the lake and the naturalistic oasis inserted in the Circeo National Park. From the port of San Felice Circeo in less than an hour you can reach the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The maritime cities of Sperlonga (blue flag) and Terracina where the Tempio di Giove Anxur is located are worth a visit. A few kilometers away is the Abbey of Fossanova, the naturalistic oasis of Ninfa and the medieval city of Sermoneta. You can easily reach the islands of Ponza and Ventotene with daily departures from the port of Terracina and San Felice Circeo (Ponza).

Great location and a super host, the place to stay in SFC

I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. There are restaurants and groceries at walking distance. Ms Lucia was a super kind and accommodating host. She was always available during our stay to the extent that she managed to assist us remotely with transportation and medical advice when our daughter fell ill, very gratefu! I would definitely recommend this house, especially to families

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war super schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind durch unsere Flugverspätung erst spät abends angekommen und sind trotzdem herzlichst empfangen worden. Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele tolle Tipps der Gastgeber bekommen. Alles Perfekt!!!

LA SETTIMANA PASSATA DAL 13 AL 20 LUGLIO ABBIAMO SOGGIORNATO PRESSO CASA SAMANTA CON LA NOSTRA FAMIGLIA ED E’ STATA UNA BELLISSIMA VACANZA TROVARSI IN UN LUOGO DOVE IL TEMPO SEMBRA SI SIA FERMATO E DOVE TUTTE LE COSE ALL’INTERNO ( APPARENTEMENTE SCONTATE NELLA SEMPLICITA’) SONO CURATE AL DETTAGLIO CON AMORE E BUON GUSTO IN ARMONIA CON RICORDI VISSUTI DEL PASSATO. Super Lage, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist mit dem Zug super schnell in Rom oder auch Neapel. Und man braucht gerade mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand

Soggiorno perfetto

È stata una vacanza perfetta per rilassarsi vicino al mare grazie alla proprietaria Lucia sempre gentile e disponibile. E la casa disponeva di tutto il necessario, inoltre si arriva a piedi al mare cosa importante per evitare stress di parcheggio. In inoltre molto vicina ai servizi essenziali. E ringrazio ancora Lucia che è un host fantastico e si vede che la casa rispecchia la proprietaria perché molto accogliente. E spero di tornare l'anno prossimo

Buona vacanza, mare vicinissimo alla casa , mare splendido.

Casa bella con dei piccoli difetti ,come lo scalino vicino alla lavatrice che può essere pericoloso se nn si sta attenti, e la porta del bagno dentro la casa che nn chiudeva per niente. Poi per il resto della casa buona.

Comoda e ben posizionata

L’abitazione è posizionata all’interno di un consorzio residenziale tranquillo ed è molto vicina alla spiaggia. L’interno della casa è molto curato e sono presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui potreste avere bisogno. All’esterno è presente uno spazio sempre all’ombra sotto ad una tettoia ed una parte di giardino con l’erba, molto comodo soprattutto per i bambini che possono giocare liberamente. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, un’ottima casa per le vacanze!

Casa perfetta sotto ogni aspetto: pulizia, accuratezza nell’arredamento, forniture varie, grande spazio all’aperto. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con pochi passi a piedi in assoluta sicurezza per i bambini. La proprietaria è gentile ed accorta alle esigenze dei clienti. Alles sehr schön

Das Häuschen war sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab alles was man gebraucht hat. Super Geschirr, tolle Töpfe, Fernsehen, eine sehr größe und schöne Veranda, bequeme Betten. Die Eingentumerin ist sher freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr schne erholsame Tage dort verbracht. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Dal primo istante in cui siamo entrati in casa, e’ stato il colpo di fulmine.Prato all’inglese, ampio terrazzo con barbecue per cene indimenticabili. Gli interni curatissimi e puliti. Casa semplicemente perfetta, spazi interni più che sufficienti ad unutilizzo estivo, veranda e giardino invece sono il top che si possa desiderare. In 2 minuti a piedi poi si arriva al mare (acqua molto bella!) e noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di passare le due settimane con come vicini Lucia e la sua splendida famiglia...siamo stati viziati ad angurie, melanzane, pomodori e peperoni!! Che dire....grazie di tuttoooooo

La casa, alla giusta distanza dal mare è molto comoda e finemente arredata. Molto pulita e organizzata al meglio dotata di tutti i confort. Ideale per le famiglie, abbiamo trascorso una settimana in perfetto relax e .... a base di pesce fresco cucinato da noi. Da rifare sicuramente.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette maison très accueillante et spacieuse, et surtout très propre. Equipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à la mer. Grande terrasse extérieure, 2 salles de bain, idéal pour 6 personnes. La mer à quelques pas. Des hôtes exceptionnelles, disponibles et serviables. Un ringrazio particolare a Samantha per la sua gentilezza e le sue attenzioni.

relax e mare perfetta struttura

I miei genitori hanno affittato la casa vacanza (quella più piccola) per 15 giorni e devo dire che la struttura viene consegnata pulitissima con tutti i confort indicati . La casa è perfetta per chi vuole fare vita da mare che dista a pochi metri e si trova all'interno del tranquillo consorzio. Con la macchina si raggiunge in pochi minuti il Circeo , a piedi si può' arrivare dal tabaccaio, bar e per la sera una pizzeria molto semplice; se si vuole anche il supermercato lo si può raggiungere a piedi. Lucia la proprietaria è una persona cortese ed attenta al cliente e laddove ci sono problemi interviene o fa intervenire subito per la risoluzione. Ogni 7 giorni fanno il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. Per la spiaggia è attrezzata con sdraiette , ombrellone e 2 biciclette che mette a disposizione dei suoi ospite! Insomma Lucia e anche la figlia perfette padrone di casa...e per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del mare la struttura è perfetta!

Difficile trovare di meglio..

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare sia lo scorso anno che questa estate rispettivamente sia nel villino A che in quello B, in entrambi i vasi per tre settimane, e che dire.. abbiamo trovato le case sempre pulitissime ed attrezzatissime per ospitare in modo impeccabile sia famiglie numerose, che più coppie. Nel nostro caso specifico poi abbiamo un bimbo piccolo di due anni e la struttura si è rilevata perfetta vista la reale vicinanza dal mare. Infine non si può non spendere anche qualche parola per la proprietaria, la signora Lucia, che assieme a sua figlia Samantha si prendono cura dei loro ospiti in maniera adorabile e gentile. Sempre disponibili in caso di un minimo bisogno, e al tempo stesso anche prodighe di consigli oltre che generose. Davvero difficile trovare dei difetti sia al posto che alla struttura e, credo, sia ancora più difficile trovare una casa vacanze migliore. Non a caso ci siamo tornati anche quest'anno.

Ottima scelta, abbiamo vissuto una settimana incantevole. Posizione strategica a pochi mt dal mare in un residence che dà la possibilità ai bambini di circolare tranquilli . La villetta è curatissima, comoda, funzionale. la gentilissima Lucia offre assistenza per tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi necessità extra: avevo bisogno di un dog sitter e prontamente sono stata soddisfatta. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Il vero relax

La casa è incantevole, fornita di ogni necessità, ed è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia (l'ideale per starci con i bambini). Lucia, la proprietaria, è una persona deliziosa e decisamente ospitale. Lo consiglio e spero di poterci tornare.

Ho passato insieme alla mia famiglia una settimana stupenda in una villetta direi impeccabile nella qualità e comodità , molto pulita è dotata di ogni confort è molto curata, vicino al mare ideale per famiglie. Lucia e Samanta le proprietarie sono impagabili !!
