"The front desk staff at this property was amazing! So helpful and kind. I loved the location of the property as the long sandy beach is right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel views are amazing, especially on the 5th floor where you can enjoy the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was very good. There is a pool but it's not too deep just a plunge pool but we still enjoyed the views at the pool too!"
D'Amalfi Hospitality Sacrum Seminarium Domus Mariae - Casa di Ospitalità
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment we arrived, this hotel made a great impression. Ciro welcomed my wife and me at the front desk and immediately offered us drinks. It was a small touch, but it really set the mood for our stay.
What impressed us most was the cleanliness. Everything was incredibly clean, bright, fresh, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, with no unpleasant smells or anything that felt old or neglected. The common areas were just as immaculate. We constantly saw the cleaning staff working throughout the property. Honestly, 10/10 for cleanliness.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great coffee machine and a large selection including eggs, bacon, vegetables, salads, meatballs, pastries, desserts, and more.
Ciro really stood out. We saw him at the front desk, helping during breakfast, around the hotel, and even outside welcoming guests and helping with luggage. I don't know his exact position, but he seemed to be everywhere, leading by example and making sure guests were taken care of.
On our last day, he also gave us extra time for checkout because our ferry was leaving later.
Excellent hospitality, great staff, and an exceptionally clean hotel. We would absolutely stay here again. Special thanks to Ciro for making our stay even better!"
"Hotel was really nice, clean, nice gelato, excellent pool, always got a sunbed, reasonable prices on drinks. Room was nice, bathroom in need of modernisation but ok. Ample parking, great shuttle service to town, port and train station. Nice beach club with sunbeds and parasols, restaurant nice but bit meagre on the portion sizes. Tennis, table tennis and lots more. Special mention to the reception staff who were amazing, we booked into a really bad hotel and left early, the staff arranged for the shuttle bus to pick us up from Salerno, got us to the hotel, gave ills an upgrade and let us in the room early, exceptional service and they all should be very proud of themselves."
"Beautiful hotel!! All of the staff were so amazing and friendly and the rooms were ckean. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the big room we had especially since there were three of us sharing the bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and the area around the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Be prepared for the stairs!"
"The check-in process here was good, and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean, and the view was to die for!! Waking up every morning with a view of the coast was incredible. The entire staff were all helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. I'm glad we chose to stay at Hotel Graal on our trip to Italy. Breakfast was included, and there were several options available that were great. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and the staff again were very pleasant. The pool area was also tucked away and very relaxing. One thing I would note about staying in this hotel was that it was VERY QUIET. Although there were cars driving by sometimes, you would never hear them. It was very peaceful. There was also a square nearby within walking distance that had shops, dining, and entertainment. There was also a large church in the square. This hotel is in a great location. There was a bus stop nearby for transportation to other towns on the coast, and taxis if needed. The hotel grounds were overall well kept. The only one negative I would say about our stay is that the housekeeping did not clean our room daily. We wished they would have come daily to tidy up the room. I won't go into great detail on the negative to spoil the review, the fact that this was still a great hotel with an incredible view, and that we had a great stay. Thank you to all!"
