"Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property."

"This is a beautiful historic property in Old Montreal, within easy walking to all the local bars, restaurants, some interesting Museums and the Waterfront. Very modern renovation, with apartment style facilities. Helpful staff. Good dropoff area; however no onsite parking; but a few options within a short walk."

"Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in."

"The unit itself is large and comfortable, with full kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. The location on Old Montreal is perfect. The host is responsive. However, we had a leak in the living room the first night during heavy rain, and the elevator had recurring issues. There were also ants in the kitchen and living room areas, coming from the baseboards and in between the floor panels. It’s an older building so issues like that can be expected, but I do think the property can use some work. We...

"André was the perfect host. He met us at the door and helped us carry up some of our luggage. He took us through the entire apartment to explain how everything worked - including the espresso/cappuccino maker which was amazing! The place was clean, well stocked, and a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store in the neighborhood. It is also close to a couple of parks. It is about 15 minutes from a metro stop and there are plenty of bus lines to get around...
