Villa Maria (iun. Gov. It / 2574) is located in the Marina di Tertenia just 3 minutes walk from the FOXI MURDEGU beach which is all of very fine sand. Having a very shallow seabed, the beach is ideal for both children and non-expert swimmers. The villa is located in a quiet seaside residence. The villa is made up of two levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen / dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a quadruple bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another bathroom with shower. Outside the villa there is a spacious veranda with table and chairs, a private garden with a lawn for children to play and to park the car, a brick barbecue for grilling and an outdoor shower. Everything in the villa and the furnishings has been designed for children and to ensure a beautiful stay for families. The villa having 8 beds available is also suitable for two families or groups. Inside the villa you can find beach games for children, a beach umbrella.

Ruhig gelegenes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Daniela's Haus sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Daniela jederzeit und zufriedenstellend. Auch die Einweisung von Silvia bestens, danke. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem schรถnen Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Jederzeit wieder.
