    Very convenient location also for reaching the sandy beach of Foxi Manna with very shallow waters.
    Foxi Manna beach is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot with a few minutes' walk.
    The PAVONCELLA 1 villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants such as large olive trees, mastic trees, cistus... and vineyards.
    The PAVONCELLA 1 house is arranged on one level with kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. Outside, a panoramic veranda overlooking the sea equipped for outdoor lunches and relaxation.
