Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware.
