"Very comfortable home right on the lovely waters of the Mackenzie River. Everything was as advertised or better. Comfortable beds, livingroom chairs, and well equipped kitchen which sometimes presented a "can you find me" challenge!" Both open deck and screened porch were great options to enjoy the river while reading, chatting, or playing a board game. Great active outdoor options too (e.g., hiking) nearby (be sure to hike the falls portion of the Mackenzie River Trail, about 30 minutes away). Very responsive home manager too. The only thing that was not 5-stars was the internet, which was sometimes slow and sometimes dropped the server, but that may be more related to the provider than the home owner. "

"This is a lovely property -- cabin, setting, location, furnishings, everything. It's quiet, so quiet the river seems loud. And that is good! Our stay included a drive to nearby falls and a wonderful day trip to Eugene to see the Ducks' football opener. What fun!"
