"The rooms had ants in them dead and alive. The public spaces were very dusty and dirty. The pool was nice but could use a cleaning. There was a large dog and some cats that wandered the property. Dog hair was everywhere, making it very difficult for people with allergies to enjoy the premises. The hotel was very difficult to find, even from the parking lot. The entrance is very far from the lot. It was definitely an experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy."

"Just got back from an amazing vacation/ time in Italy and this hotel was one of the reasons for my beautiful time in the country. The staff in the hotel are helpful, friendly and professional attending to any need you have. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well as the restaurant for dinner. I ate dinner at the hotel 4 out of 7 nights I was there and truly enjoyed it. The pool and hotel have a spectacular view and the grounds are well maintained as were the rooms."
