The best it should be 5 star!!

The receptionists were very good, very insightful on what to do. The Biles were great and so was the food. Very thankful for the staff. I will be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember who you are. The food is absolutely delicious!

Great stay in a beautiful location!!

Beautiful place, clean, wonderful views and delicious breakfast.

This hotel is a gem! I was very impressed with how well appointed the entire facility is. The whole place looks newly renovated and very modern with the rustic look to it. The location was excellent, right downtown. The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly I highly recommend this hotel and easily give it a 10 rating.

Everything about this hotel was great. Room, Dinner, Breakfast and the staff. Definitely where we will stay if we return to the Dolomites.

The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.

The staff is very friendly, and responsive New bartender (Hugo I believe) is one of the best bartenders I’ve witnessed, pours passion into every cocktail. The location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is delicious and they offer fair pricing for their dinners. Spa is very serene, and heated pool with access to fresh mountain air is a joy to experience.

The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean. We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room. If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift. In all we have had a nice stay and were very happy for this hotel

Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

The inclusive breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious! Dinner option for 40 euros and amazing choices. Very quiet with excellent views of the mountains.

Very friendly staff.
