"Super friendly staff. Nice healthy breakfast and cozy lounge "

"Very nice staff ; the studio at the 9th floor had a great view and big size (area with sofa/mini kitchen - microwave, sink, tea/coffee maker, a tv and second area with bed and another tv). Bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes + bathroom state a bit "tired", but I informed the staff who was very reactive. Great breakfast with many options + fresh raw vegetables. Will definitely stay there again !"

"We didn't have the breakfast. It looked good though and we were able to purchase coffee/tea from the reception during breakfast time. The communal area was clean and comfortable. The property as a whole looked very fresh and clean, the staff were friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel and didn't hear any train noise etc."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath."

"The room we stayed in was one of the most basic ones. Had everything we needed, but we also had some ants living with us, and the shower was leaking into the bathroom floor every time we used it. Apart from that, the bed was super comfortable and the stay was overall enjoyable."

"The staff on arrival friendly and helpful. Bright, modern hotel in great location to access places to visit and eat etc, all within easy walking distance. Room was clean with good size bed, bathroom was great with big walk in shower. Fridge, but no tea making facilities. Good variety of food for breakfast."
