"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. "Do NOT stay here. It is not a 4 star hotel. Not even close. There was so much mold in our bathroom. It was shocking. Especially because house keeping allegedly cleans everyday. So how is mold not called out?? The walls are also PAPER thin. We were able to clearly understand what people were saying through the walls. No privacy and no sleep. Paid extra for a view of the ocean but didn’t enjoy the balcony once for how poorly maintained and dirty it was. The mini fridge didn’t work. They...
