"Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Julie was amazing. It was our anniversary and I asked if she could arrange champagne and roses which she kindly did. Also we were allowed to tale our big dogs which can also not be allowed. Well worth the stay and the site was very friendly as well."

"Just returned home from a long weekend what a lovely stay we had the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we required included it was in a very peaceful location parking was right outside the door we was greeted by a lovely lady called Michelle and nothing was to much trouble for her after a couple of hours settling in we had a knock on the door from the owner he asked if everything was okay and if we need anything not to hesitate and give him a call I thought that was a very nice...

"Me and my wife can say we were so happy with this vip hideaway lodge its was perfect the hot tub was an excellent perk to it and I have to say the views and scenery was amazing seeing the rabbits come out at night and seeing the peacocks walk around freely was lovely everyone there was so friendly and polite itâ€™s a very tranquil destination on Park fishing was a lot of fun and the staff was so polite and respectful I would highly recommend everyone gives it a chance itâ€™s worth every penny...

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."
