Staff is amazing; they’re so dog friendly and welcome having them stay as well haha! The staff went above and beyond accommodating us and when we requests an extra night they got us booked and transferred our bags to the new room while we were out hiking!! Gravity Haus will be the only we place we stay at when we comeback to Jackson Hole!!

This hotel was great. The beds were super comfy and the location was also great. For food I highly recommend going to the Osteria which is located in the adjacent hotel. Their food was out of this world and the service as well.

This hotel is WAAAAY overpriced. Room was nice once we changed from the initial one we were given. Thanks to Maryann for finding us a better option away from the noisy pool area. Restaurant was supposed to open for breakfast at 7am but we were told the workers didn’t show up on time so opening would be delayed. Teton Village overall was OK. The tram ride was nice.

We stayed at this hotel for my bachelorette party, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel so special. They surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine and the sweetest, most sentimental card—something I will genuinely treasure forever. 🥹❤️ The views were absolutely breathtaking and some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. The pool was gorgeous, and the entire experience honestly felt like we had stepped into a movie. Everywhere you looked was more beautiful than the last! And the food at the restaurant was unbelievably good. From the incredible views and beautiful pool to the amazing food and thoughtful staff, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. I’m so incredibly happy we chose this hotel for such a special celebration. It made my bachelorette party even more memorable, and I truly cannot recommend it enough! ✨🥂

Very friendly & kind staff, but that was the extent of the positives. Overall, building & facilities & amenities are old & worn. Odd & unpleasant odor throughout. Very frustrating & challenging layout. In room, tv & heat did not work, & the floor sunk in several spots when walked upon. Bathroom door would not stay closed. The restaurant was out of several breakfast items because they were preparing to close for the season in about 10 days, & did not want to order new supplies, which was very frustrating for customers who paid to be there now. Overall, poor & disappointing experience, & definitely would not stay there again.

We loved our room at Gravity Haus. The beds were so comfortable and so was the couch. The kids loved their own space up the spiral staircase to their King bed and their own TV.
