"This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. "Customer Service (reception) can use some improvement. Please also expect to wear wrinkly clothes for the duration of your trip. Was not able to get iron for 4 days, was told that it’s with another guest. Hotel wanted me to pay for them to iron my clothes. Pathetic "
