The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldnāt sleep on that side.
Also there is a large building site next door, which wasnāt noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadnāt been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier.
Staff very helpful and lovely.
Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great.
Beach club was nice.
Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua.
Over all beautiful accommodation and service.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone.
We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again.
The beach club (across the road - though you wonāt notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The luxury room, the staff is super friendly and make you feel very welcoming. Anggapopon helped us with our luggage and was ready with our to go breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was hands down the best vacation of my life. Iāve never felt so relaxed and peaceful! Everyone at Anapuri Villas makes the stay so so special. Itās absolutely beautiful, too. I am 100% coming back!

"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect.
