Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
Casa Franca: Comfortable villa with private pool in quiet area.

The pool area is as good as not visible from the neighborhood. There is a beautiful barbecue beside of the pool.
The property is completely fenced, there is parking for several cars on the plot.

A very nice house to spend a neat and relaxing holiday. Air-condition and underfloor heating available for the tenants.

The ground floor features a bright and modern living-dining room, American kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms each with air-condition (both of you have access to the pool terrace) - Double beds, each 2 x 2 m.

Stairs lead from the living room into the bedroom on the upper floor (air-condition, a round double bed 1.50 x 1.90 m) with access to a small roof terrace with sea view, 1 bathroom en-suite. The round bed is possible for 2 small children - or for 1 adult.

Internet per wifi.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
