"Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. "This is a gorgeous villa in the perfect location for all. The villa is clean and fresh with a great layout for socialising. The pool was great for young children with wide steps to play on and plenty of outdoor shade to play in. A short walk down the hill brings you to lovely beach bars and restaurants. We will certainly be back!"

"What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

"The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year"

"Just returned from 10 days at this villa. Paula was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and Paula very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Paula for your help :-) The villa is located high above Moraira. A car is pretty much essential as the roads are very steep. The position of the villa provides a stunning view down to the town and out to the Med. The outside area with the pool and sunbathing areas was large with plenty of room for sun beds. "The property is in a good location and is in a nice area but is in need of updates and some TLC. The cleaning service concentrate on surface cleaning, when you actually want to use anything most items needed cleaning before use. A holiday does not start well if you have to clean items before use. The BBQ area has no opportunity to clean or sweep the area, no broom, there were no BBQ tools. I was able to hose everything but then deeded to wait for it all to dry prior to use. There are only...

"We was verry happy with our stay at 9 days. It was 30 degree ++ every day - very hot. So the pool was totally necessery! 3 "Kids" between 15-20 year. AC inn every sleepingroom, but not in the livingroom. There are fans in the livingroom. The house is inn a hilly area. Good view, but not amacing view. You have direct sun from about 0930-2000"
