The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spenders and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

We present to you one of our most refined villas, situated in the area of El Portet in Moraira, this villa enjoys modern architecture providing a tasteful design throughout the interior and through the exterior. The incredible panoramic views over the entire Mediterranean land can be enjoyed from every floor of the villa due to its well-designed big windows offering a sun-filled atmosphere at all moments. Less than 5 Min. drive leads us towards the beach of El Portet which shines with its unrivalled location.

Another 2 Min. drive takes us to the beautiful coastal town of Moraira where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored together with its main beach “ La Ampolla”. A set of stairs leads us down to the main terrace, presenting us with a private swimming pool, spacious sun patios, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a conservatory for the cooler evenings from which the stairs lead us up towards the interior. We enter into a spacious and open living area with A/C, combining the living and dining room with the kitchen offering free space throughout in an attention-to-detail design.

We follow to 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with A/C and sharing a fully equipped bathroom. Internal steps lead up towards a spacious third double bedroom with A/C and its En-Suite shower room and spectacular views over El Portet. Laja´s design and atmosphere will make you feel like you living the dream under the Mediterranean sun.
