Excellent villa in the very desirable Plas de Mar district of Moraira.

Casa Once is as shown in the photographs with an excellent view over Moraira from the upstairs lounge and terrace. The pool was great with wide steps and sun loungers and sun shades provided. The villa is very comfortable with good beds, modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer located in the garage along with a huge amount of pool toys, floats etc. The best thing however was location in the Plas de Mar, just under 10mins walk to the centre of the old town and 15 minutes to El Portet. Unfortunately we experienced the same leak from the upstairs shower into one of the downstairs bedroom as described in the previous review. It was unable to be repaired during our stay and ruled out the use of the shower but the owner did provide some financial compensation.

Spacious villa in a fantastic location.

Pros: The open plan, outdoor/indoor set up was great and pool was brilliant especially for our 2 young children as it had wide steps leading down to the deep end that allowed them to enjoy the water. Very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and kitchen had all modern amenities you'd expect. The host - Silvia - was fab and great with the kids. Added bonus that the garage included a huge amount of pool toys, floats etc. The best thing however was location, just under 10mins walk to the centre of the old town. Cons: Unfortunately we had a leak from one of the showers into the downstairs bedroom. It took a few days to sort and felt as though we had to wait around for the plumber to turn up. When he did, he returned on another 2 occasions to sort it. We were not able to use the buggy as pictured in the garage as it had a battery issue, would have come in very handy to drop grandparents off in town.

Pros: Lovely week away. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed by all the family aged 20 to 70. Great to be walking distance from the restaurants and beach. Views from the terrace and balcony were fabulous, some great sunsets too. Pool was cooler than we had hoped. The buggy was fun. Quality holiday.

The house is perfectly located, clean, sunny, well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent price quality ratio, very friendly and helpful owner. One of few occasions when you get even more than you expect. We will certainly go back for future stays.

Pros: Stunning villa with every thing you need if your self catering. Extremely close to Moraira centre 5 minutes walk alternatively we had use of the electric buggy which was extremely handy as my mother-in-law is 81 years young. The owner was easy to deal with and always responded to questions promptly. The views were picture postcard perfect and the villa was very clean especially the pool. The property surpassed my expectations.

Casa Once is an excellent Villa, with sea and mountain views. It is equipped to a very high stand

Pros: Casa Once is an excellent Villa, with sea and mountain views. It is equipped to a very high standard and very comfortable. The swimming pool is heated, it was 32c and much enjoyed by my family. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to correspond with. I cannot praise this villa highly enough. Paul Houlston. ( 5x adults, 1x baby 1x 4 year old) June 2015.

For the second year in a row we have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. It will be difficult

Pros: For the second year in a row we have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. It will be difficult to match for quality, luxury, style, size of pool and proximity to Moraira - in an area of other lovely properties. The buggy and flat main level also worked fabulously for our older family member who needs mobility assistance. The attention from the local key holder and cleaner as well as the owner could not be any better. Highly recommended!

Pros: Villa was superb and located close to the sea front, shops and restaurants whilst being in a very quiet residential area. We travelled with elderly parents and the villa was extremely comfortable for spending rest days at the villa. It is so nice to have holiday accommodation that compares well with your own home. The views from the terraces were a lovely addition to our al fresco meals. Whilst the walk to the sea front is easy, even for myself who has a damaged knee, it was a real benefit to have the buggy for taking the older members of the party out at night when the weather was very hot. Both the owner and the local representative were extremely helpful and efficient.

Pros: We hebben genoten van een weekje in deze prachtige woning. Het is ruim van opzet, mooi ingericht en een prachtige ligging. Enerzijds omdat je echt op loopafstand van het centrum zit met alle voorzieningen die daarbij horen, maar ook omdat het uitzicht vanaf het terras over de zee (tot aan de rots van Calpe) ook geweldig is. Je kunt tot laat op de dag in de zon op het terras, ook allemaal prima. Het zwembad is ook prachtig, maar zelfs met de verwarming (via zonne-energie), was het water nog (te) koud (althans voor mij) zo vroeg in het jaar. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Pros: Casa Once in één woord geweldig. De villa, met haar goede indeling, het zwembad en de tuin is in perfecte staat en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles schoon en opgeruimd, wat heerlijk binnenkomen is, Ook de beheerster verwelkomt je persoonlijk en legt alles goed uit. Ook haar ligging is super, op loop afstand van het centrum van Moraira met haar goede restaurantjes, terrasjes, de jachthaven, het strand en de supermarkt, GEWOON GEWELDIG

Pros: Vi älskade huset från start med de stora ytorna & planlösningen. Det enda jag möjligen saknade var en helkroppsspegel. Sedan så kände vi oss lite nervösa över de helvita stoppmöblerna då vi har mindre barn men det gick bra. Fastighetsskötaren var trevlig (lite knackig engelska dock) & ägaren hade en väldigt trevlig & rak kommunikation från start till mål. Läget på huset är grymt med nära till byn men ändå lugnt område och huset är som sagt fantastiskt, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Pros: Haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit Tochter und Schwiegersohn in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Es war alles wie beschrieben, einfach wunderbar. Moraira selbst mit den vielen schönen Geschäften und Restaurants ist gerade mal 300m vom Ferienhaus entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Oder man benutzt das kleine Elektroauto , was ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für uns war. Wir können das Haus aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Wij zijn met 4 vriendinnen een weekje op vakantie geweest in Moraira. Alles was top, de villa , de ligging van de villa, de inhoud van de villa (alles was top kwaliteit) . Ook Moraira zelf is super, goede restaurants en bars , zeer proper stadje, leuk strand , en alles voor ons op loopafstand . De contacten met De Heer Cooreman (eigenaar) waren ook vlot en zeer correct. Zowel voor de huur, als erna. Ook de afgevaardigde van de eigenaar, die ons ter plaatse ontving was een heel fijne en vriendelijke man. Casa Once is aan topper, zeer aan te bevelen ! Wij hebben ons reuze geamuseerd ! .
