Child friendly, very beautiful, cosy house "Villa Paradise", 2 storeys, renovated in 2015. 1 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 850 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney shaped, with privacy (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
