Child friendly, very beautiful, cosy house "Villa Paradise", 2 storeys, renovated in 2015. 1 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 850 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney shaped, with privacy (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Das Haus eine super Lage - sehr ruhig und sehr angenehmes Klima. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mehrere Sitzplätze ermöglichen immer entweder in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu entspannen. Der große Pool ist sehr gepflegt - genau so wie die gesamte Bepflanzung. Wir werden dieses Haus - bei unserem nächsten Urlaub mit 4 Personen - auf jeden Fall wieder ins Auge fassen.

La villa est tout confort, on peut même parler de luxe : climatisation intégrale, décoration de goût, équipement complet (il manque juste une grande casserole pour faire cuire des spaghettis) y compris pour bébé: la chaise bébé était option payante, on ne l'a pas prise, il y en avait quand même une dans la maison + un matelas pour le lit bébé ! Le matelas est bien épais, çà fait plaisir. On trouve aussi lave linge et réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le bar en extérieur. L'extérieur est superbe, comme on voit sur les photos. Par contre la piscine fuyait, on a gaspillé beaucoup d'eau. J'espère que ce sera réparé. Pour aller à la plage à pied, il faut pas mal marcher et çà monte en retour. Mais bon, on l'a fait quand même. Une de mes meilleurs vacances d'été. Moraira est agréable, dommage qu'il y ait pas mal de moustiques tigres mais bon, c'est partout maintenant.

Bonjour Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa avec mes deux filles ! La villa est très bien située et permet de se rendre à la plage ou en ville à pied ! Pas de vis à vis et environnement calme ! Grande piscine et ensoleillement du matin au soir ( 18h30) mais des patios apportent l’ombre si nécessaire! Joli aménagement extérieur et de jolies plantes et arbres … Je recommande cette villa !

Fuimos de Luna de miel, buscando intimidad y relajación, cumplió con todos nuestros objetivos, muy recomendable, solo por poner una pega....el sofa del Salón muy incómodo, pero no es muy importante, !!! REPETIREMOS!!!

Una casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.Un pero es que la urbanización no está iluminada y un poco escondida y sin aceras.....cuando llegas de noche hay que ir con ojo.

Everything is new and easy to keep clean. Good beds and the outside area is absolutely wonderful. Its excellent and thats that. We rent a house every year from interhome and this one is the best yet. We never left the garden :).
