"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

Das Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und bot mehr als ausreichenden Stauraum; auch für unsere Golfausrüstung. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstücksbufett empfanden wir als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Dinner Buffett war gut mit Verbesserungspotential. "Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "

"Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. But: there is no restaurant or bar. For dinner you have to drive about 10 km to Bad Saarow. Hotel is situated at a through traffic road from Bad Saarow to Storkow (and A12). Quite noisy till late in the evening."
