We appreciated the professional and friendly staff that checked us in. She was very quick and efficient. The property and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. Everything in the room is in working condition. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s 20 minutes to the cruise terminal Walmart is just five minutes away. There are fast food restaurants very close.

Quick staff response to smells in room from ac & moisture. Great breakfast! This location is very close to a Walmart if you’re on way to a cruise at Galveston port & need last minute items. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Our bedding was shredded we walked the person at the front desk to see it and she was so unhappy about it and tried to give us more bedding but there was none as well no extra pillows we asked for or towels so will not be staying here again ! Everything was just as we expected, and we didn’t use the shuttle. We had our own vehicle and we found everything we needed. The staff was very attentive and professional. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and anyone else come in contact with.
