"Renovating right now but really poor service. ordered room service, never came and no one answered the phone both at room service and the front desk. conditions around the lobby are very dirty. "

"Technically, this hotel has all that you need. But practically it falls short. Lighting in the room was terrible making the room so dark that I couldn’t put my make up on. Most of the plugs did not work or made sparks when trying to use them. The breakfast had only sausage (as opposed to a variety like bacon) every day, only grape jam (no strawberry or anything else), and no honey. The smell of cleaner (Fabuloso or chlorine) in the lobby was overwhelming. Overall, it was an easy k stay and I would stay again if I had to but it would not be my first choice."

"I have stayed here many times when visiting my daughter at Baylor. The rooms are big, clean, and the staff is friendly. There’s also a great steakhouse and bar in the hotel. I’ve never had a chance to swim in the pool, but the pool area looks amazing!"
