We booked this hotel for 1 night out of emergency necessity. My wife myself, and my 3 year old needed to get a hotel for the night when I opened the Expedia app I saw the Xcoco Inn pop up, and had a same night rate of only $57.00 USD/ night Needless to say I was a little skeptical booking such an inexpensive room. From the time we booked, to our arrival was only 30min. When we arrived at Xcoco Inn the parking was SUPER EASY, and the staff was very very nice. Everything was super clean, and we...

Excelente lugar para relajarse, cerca de la ciudad. La vista a las lavandas es genial y la atención es de primera. También a pesar del frío el calentador de gas fue una gran solución. Los desayunos muy ricos.

Limpieza y amabilidad. Ubicado en el centro de cuakquier activdad

The front desk people are nice and helpful. Google map shows there is a metro station near by that is not accurate. There is no public transportation near by, you need to take car to get out.

The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. The location perfect for seeing the historic center and all kinds of shopping. We found some of the front desk staff to be somewhat disdainful. We were not asked to open a spending account upon check in when we paid for the entire trip which resulted in our laundry being held hostage at 10 PM because we didn’t have “credit”. The lady...

There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and...

It is very safe to stay in this hotel, and super closed to the airport.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

Everything was good

We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic. Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING. May not be for you if you’re modest. ...

Breakfast was fantastic. It was fresh. It was very clean.

Excelente ubicación si vas al autodromo o al palacio de los deportes

Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

As a mom traveling alone with my two young adult daughters, this place was a safe, comfortable and conveniently located to explore around the Zocalo area. The hotel personnel was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was modern and the room was very clean. Soft beds, pillows and down white comforters. Complimentary waters, sodas, juices, and mineral waters, restocked daily. It was our home away from home for 7 nights. Planning our next vacation to CDMX and staying here at Hotel...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mine Suites! Leo, Luis, and Edgar were absolutely amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make my first solo trip to Mexico City a memorable one. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay! The location was fantastic, with so many great restaurants, attractions, and places to explore within walking distance. For the price point, the value is unbeatable! I genuinely cannot recommend Mine Suites enough, especially for solo...
