"AC wasn't working immediately was moved to another room. Some late night noise from other guests and a skunky smell out on the balcony Lol. Super clean and good breakfast."

"This hotel is good, but not excellent. The breakfast is pretty lackluster. You can tell that the building has seen better days, but it was clean and our room is ready on time. Customer service was good as well."

"We arrived for a late check in and stayed 3 nights with a very early check out. The night clerk on duty both at check in and check out, Heath was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered! Upon check in we walk in and apparently interrupted his doing nothing. We said we were here to check in he looked at us and said “and” no greeting no welcome. He scolded me because I put my room key by my phone and said now I have to do them over again. We got to our room, it was as described and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and assorted fruit, yogurt and pastries. We stayed 3 nights and they did not clean our room. We did not put the sign out to not clean it and I was a little disappointed in that service. We left at 3 in the morning to check out we had a very early flight and again we ran into Heath. He did not say good morning how can I help you nothing. I stated we needed to check out and his reply was well I am in the middle of something so you will have to wait. Again so rude! I have stayed at this hotel many times, but would think twice before staying here again."

"When I went to check in the man at the front desk, heavyset white guy had clearly an attitude. He did not want to greet me and when he checked me in, he like shoed me away with his hands like get out of here. Very rude off putting. Some other staff left some of the cleaning supplies in the room other than that everything else seem to be clean in order."

"Newly remodeled room which was VERY CLEAN! Pet bed & stainless-steel food dish were provided. Fully stocked bar along with an expansive restaurant menu. Breakfast is waitress service with many menu choices. Staff was friendly and very anxious to make your stay one of the best you've ever encountered."
