"Even though it's quite old building it's clean and everything works.bed not hard.they even put Aircon on for you before you arrive.so you enter a cool room.
If there is a group of you 12/18people can hire house opposite.for 8000bhat.per night.total.good garden and BBQs.just bring your food.and drink."

"We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them.
They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. The second room had no hot water (we came back at night), after complaining we got moved. The third room had no fridge, so they bring it from room one. "The guest house is in a good location for the train station, bus routes and Hua Hin nightlife.
The hosts speak excellent English and are extremely helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Definitely value for money. "
