"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. "We went here with our children years ago and stayed a few times. As our now more grown up children were backpacking through Asia they loved to visit again so I booked them a 5 night stay. They had a lovely stay in a Thai villa overlooking the lake. They still loved cycling to the beach as they remembered and the beach itself was still as lovely. The staff were friendly and they didn’t want to leave. Hope to visit with the 4 of us again in the future."
