"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Captain was charming and witty and we loved her company! They all made our stay feel personal and warm. The food was amazing and all the beautiful little details in the rooms and around the resort made the stay feel very authentic and special. I would highly recommend a stay here. It was fantastic and I hope to be back!"

"Everything at the Hotel was awesome, it is beautiful and clean and all of the staff "Excluding 1" was friendly, professional and made us feel so happy and welcome.
The only staff member that made my wife and I feel uncomfortable was the Hotel Manager. He made my wife feel very uncomfortable by the way he would just stand at the end of our breakfast table staring at her, asking some very intrusive questions in which I had to say several times as polite as possible that we would like to continue...
