"We only stayed one night and didn't have the opportunity to experience Hotel amenities. HOWEVER, the hotel has an elevator system which requires a room card to access your floor. My wifes room card didn't work the morning we were checking out and she was stranded on the 17th floor. Our room was on 14, and when I tried to go get her, MY KEYCARD DIDN'T WORK either. "We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great.
