"Felt like a home away from home. Our apartment was perfect for our small family. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms & living areas lovely & clean upon arrival. Staff were always friendly & helpful. Facilities, such as gym, swimming pool also always clean. Cleaning staff were attentive, friendly & completed thier cleans to a high standard. Breakfast daily provided a good variety of foods, local & western options to choose from. Quality of the food also pleasing. Restaurant staff went above & beyond on one occassion during our stay. The location is great, with good cafes, restaurants, mini marts & other shops, enterainment options right outside the complex & all within walking distance. Loved our time at Diamond WestLake Suites & would definitely come back."

"A gorgeous room! I stayed in the king suite with the garden view and also the studio with the building view. Obviously the king was much more amazing but they were both fantastic! What stood out was the cleanliness, sound proofing, kitchen and washing machine (king suite) and the delicious breakfast with so many choices. I’d absolutely stay here again! Adam and his team took care of me and were so wonderful to deal with. Thank you for a positive stay!"
