Condo Rentals in Thailand

"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...

"We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. I would not suggest staying at...

"We found the location of the condo very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the BTS, supermarket and a small neighborhood mall. Response to our questions and requests from the property owner was fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend the condo for anyone who is looking for a descent and reasonably priced neighbourhood to stay."

"Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. "

"Your close to many things that your able to walk to. The location is awesome. Easy to get to the beach, shopping etc. very clean condo. The only bad thing is that the property manager or owner is extremely hard to get in contact with him. We stayed January 2024."
