"The property and apartments are excellent options for your stay on Koh Lanta. The location is very private, has a great shower, and the internet is wonderful. However, the property managers did not have an after hours plan and had not given us adequate instructions to find the place. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours which meant we didn't get into the area until 7:30-8pm. When we called the owner, he was very upset and was not calm enough to help us problem solve.
