"Wonderful room as always, love everything about staying here. But, the hotels biggest asset is its front desk staff. This time I had the pleasure of checking in with Nicole. Along with Chloe and Annabelle previously she is amazing. May be a few weeks before I am back but will always aim to stay here if possible. Thank you guys. "

"Great location, close to everything. Gorgeous hotel and rooms! And staff very friendly and attentive. Only complaint is we felt the parking charge per night is very expensive, we only realised it wasn’t included in our stay on the way there so ended up doing the park and ride instead. Overall would recommend and will definitely be returning for our next visit "

"This is our go to hotel when travelling to Reading. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, sauna. Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. The train station is also a short walk to take you into London, Windsor, Oxford or any other places to visit "

"Good selection of snacks and meals, comfortable beds, fresh towels, good WiFi and excellent restaurant and bar area. Clean, warm on a cold evening and pristine bathrooms with vegan body products. Enjoyed my stay overall."
