"The staff were friendly and welcoming at check-in, and the hotel is in an excellent location. It's a shame that parking comes at an additional cost. The hotel itself is a little dated and unfortunately seemed to retain a lot of heat, which wasn't ideal given the recent warm weather, although I imagine this would be an advantage during the winter months. "Fabulous hotel and absolutely perfect for us including for my son who is a wheelchair user. Great having room on the ground floor and plenty of space for him to manoeuvre including at breakfast time. Staff gave 11O% offering help by bringing items to our table at breakfast as I was helping my son. Disabled parking right next to the entrance. Perfect quiet location just a short drive from Oxford centre. Will definitely return and thanks to an amazing team who are so attentive and friendly."
